Webgui has an all included wre install package. If you have the centos mysql installed it conflicks with webguis mysql. If you dont install apatche in centos for some reason webguis control panel wont start the mod proxy even though its NOT running, webgui installs its own apatche that was one of the hang ups trying to get it to run right. Install the latest wre for rhel 5 from webgui it downloads from sound forge.
