No blue screen, just poof…off. When restarting it, sometimes it would restart right away, other times I would go make a cup of coffee and wait for it.
I tested my power block and found that the voltages were fluctuating drastically. I replaced the power adapter, and all seemed fine for one night, then it started again.
Anyhow, I decided to remove any and all traces of my video card driver, so some windows updating, run some system maintenance, etc…I fell asleep and when I awoke the following morning, found that my laptop was still running, and had no incidents. As soon as windows started, boom…immediate shut down. So i have spent the last day and night systematically running thru every driver available for my card, using drive swweper in safe mode etc…, all with the same results.
System shutdown. Loaded the standard vga driver, and it ran without a hitch for an entire day. On top of all of this, I have removed everything from my case, cleaned, and put new paste where applicable. I had my mobo tested and everything was fine. This is why I grately need assistance. I have a late model iMac with to which I have partitioned half the space for Windows7. The reason for this is to play a game that isnt made for Mac and which I really want to play. After succesfully installing Windows7 and downloading the game and subscribing; I get to the point to launch the game and it tells me an error code that states my system does not support the game.
Even though my system does meet all the requirements as far as I can tell I went to the game forum and found people that had the same issue and even reached out to the game community to which the general advice brought me to this website because I needed to upgrade my graphics driver. After that I tried to find what I needed and it either brought me to an audio driver upgrade or nothing at all. Please help point me in the right direction. Below I will include my DxDiag and the game system requirements and I will be hoping that somebody can help me!
